LinkedIn is a platform for job seekers, recruiters, and those who wanna develop a personal brand. It helps a lot of people in reaching their goals. Today, I will talk about my journey and how I get 1200 followers in 7 months.

Although, when we start something, it requires great patience and a lot of hard-working to shine. The same I did. When I was a beginner, I had zero followers and engagements. I sent the personalize invite to the creators. I start engaging with the creator’s posts. I post consistently to show up.

Now, I have an amazing community, and they admire my content.

A big mindset a person should change before starting his journey is that Nothing is easy.

I know we are distracted by many success stories cause we are humans, but we have a genius mind, and we can control it by giving the command to it. If you make goals and be successful, you need to be patient with a lot of hard-working to grow and build a strong community, as I did.

Many creators give up in one to two months and think LinkedIn is not for them. No, Every platform has some charms and algorithms. It means: Do not leave the struggle by saying it is not for you.

Here I am going to tell you, What creators must do to grow on LinkedIn.

First, we understand why creators give up on LinkedIn? and What they should do?

  • Self Doubt
  • Don’t have networking power
  • Desire fast success
  • Lack of Consistency
  • Afraid of people’s reactions

1. Self-Doubt

They are afraid of sharing thoughts and owning them.

They need to understand the best thoughts and ideas come when you start. Speak to yourself and add “You can” to your list.

2. Networking Power

It stops building an engaging community.

They should try to build a strong network by sending personalized invites and engaging with other creators’ posts. When they know you, They follow and engage with your post.

3. Desire fast success

They think it’s a piece of cake, and they will shine fast.

They impress by other connections and think it is a quick game. They must remember Good things take time and need hard-working.

4. Lack of consistency

They don’t post daily and disappear after posting only once a week.

Show up consistently. It is necessary to tell your audience that you are authentic and working. It gives a good impression and helps to build a strong community.

5. Afraid of reactions

They think a lot about the audience and don’t set a specific audience.

Once you set a target audience and make content, leave the other thoughts aside. Focus on the above four hacks you will ultimately get reactions.

These are the 5 aspects if any creator has he/she can’t grow. And I grow my community by avoiding these five issues.

The guide to grow and make followers is hidden in “avoid”

The more you avoid the big mistakes the more you will be closer to success.
